Commerce Department Outreach Programme at St. Paul’s Higher Secondary School

On August 7, 2026 (Friday), the Department of Commerce, in association with the Entrepreneurship Knowledge Cell, GAC, conducted an outreach programme titled “Creative Catalyst” at St. Paul’s Higher Secondary School, Tlangnuam. The programme was designed to foster entrepreneurial intentions among the higher secondary school students by teaching them problem-solving skills. Mr. Zorinfela chaired the programme which started at 10:00 AM in the school auditorium. Dr. Lalnunmawii Ralte was the resource person and introduced the topic to the students. Afterwards, the students were divided into four groups and all the faculty members took turns mentoring them in identifying the problems they observed around their environment. The second part of the session was spent learning about the “5 Whys” of creative problem-solving.

The last speaker of the day was Dr. Zolianzuali, IQAC Coordinator, who introduced the College to the students. Mr. Vandingliana, Commerce lecturer, St. Paul's HSS, gave the vote of thanks to close the programme.
