The Students' Evangelical Union started in 1976. Its motto is ‘Let Your Light Shine’ and its aim is to carry out the vision of the Union Evangelical Students of India (UESI).  Regular prayer meetings are held every Wednesday, Friday and Thursday in any vacant room available. Thursday meetings are conducted in English and the other days in Mizo. Fundraising is done through selling snacks during College Week, College Fest, etc. The money raised is gifted to the needy in various homes, rehabilitation centers and orphanages.
