Alumni Week Observed: Political Science Department

The Department of Political Science held a program on October 7, 2024, as part of Alumni Week. Mr. Malsawmzuala Ralte, Chairman of Mizo Youth Commission and Corporator of AMC Ward XVIII, was the resource person.

Mr. Malsawmzuala Ralte delivered an inspiring speech, emphasizing the importance of setting clear goals and a well-defined aim. He highlighted MYC initiatives, including coaching for competitive exams, skill development programs, and ongoing projects for youths. Stressing the value of skills acquisition, particularly language proficiency, he encouraged students to enhance their English skills. He ended his speech saying "Be the one who fails failure itself. Set a clear goal, work diligently, and strive for excellence." to inspire the students. The program concluded with a productive Q&A session and the students had a fruitful interaction.

The program was held at the V Semester Political Science Core Room and attended by 80 V semester students.
